How to reserve a drop in spot
What to know before you go
Anyone planning to come to any New West Youth Services programs will need a New Westminster Parks and Recreation account
1.
There are 3 ways to attend the Youth Centre

Book your time online at newwestyouth.ca

Call the Youth Centre to book 604.515.3801

Line up during Drop-in times (entry not guaranteed)
2.
Drop-ins are scheduled into 1-hour blocks and closed for 30 minutes in between for cleaning

First block begins at 3:30 pm, Monday - Saturday

Check-in with us 15 minutes before your block starts
3.
The Youth Centre will be arranged into 10 “pods”

1 person maximum / pod

10-person maximum in the Youth Centre common area and 2-person max in the Gym

Queensborough Youth programs have 7 - 1 person pods and a max of 10 people in the gym.

Physical distancing is required, space at our locations will be limited.
no supplies will be given out unless they are one time. Youth are encouraged to bring their own supplies
2.
Drop-in times will be separated into 60-minute blocks to allow time for cleaning between blocks.
3.
Participants will need a Perfect Mind account for sign-in upon arrival at any program.
4.
Activity spots will be limited. Youth are able to call the Youth Centre the same day to reserve a spot, or sign up for a spot at Youth Services Drop-in.

For Sports Drop-in bookings:

All names of attendees will need to be submitted at time of booking/sign-in

Groups should be a part of your COVID bubble

All Sports are non-contact and physical distancing must be practiced

Maximum capacity for gym bookings:

Youth Centre Gym = 2
-
Queensborough Gymnasium = 2 groups, 3 max / group or full Gym = max 6

Memberships have been out on pause. Perfect Mind account required
$.50 Drop in fee required for all programs unless otherwise stated.
